We will work with you to create a list of the types of properties, attributes, locales, neighbourhoods, and environments you are looking for, sending you many properties to help you refine the list and make any changes needed during the initial search process.

Once we have a short list of properties we’ll plan a viewing trip with you. This could be 3-5 days, depending on a number of factors such as their proximity to each other and availability for viewing. Sometimes clients select just one property, visit it, fall in love with it, and buy it, or it can take several visits to find the right place.
